Overview
At NooirSound, we ship all orders directly from our fulfillment center. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Where We Ship
We ship worldwide. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our warehouse in China.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays — factors outside of our control.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@nooirsound.com and we will investigate promptly.
Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping is free on all orders, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- Express shipping options (where available) and any applicable surcharges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Important for US Customers)
NooirSound ships all orders from China. As a result:
- Your order may be subject to US customs inspection, which can occasionally cause additional delays.
- Under the current US de minimis threshold, most orders valued under $800 are imported duty-free. However, customs regulations are subject to change and we cannot guarantee tax-free delivery in all cases.
- Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- NooirSound is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
⚠️ Please note: US trade policy regarding imports from China is subject to change. We recommend checking with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at www.cbp.gov for the most current information on import duties applicable to your order.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- You can use your tracking number to monitor your shipment via the carrier's website or a tracking platform such as www.17track.net.
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, we reserve the right to ship them in separate packages to ensure the fastest possible delivery. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split shipments. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, or if your tracking has not updated in more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@nooirsound.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of customs duties, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. NooirSound is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

For information on returning an item, please refer to our full Return & Cancellation Policy. Before sending any return, please contact us first at support@nooirsound.com so we can provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
